We are pleased to announce the successful completion and handover of the Temple Bar Hotel project. This extensive upgrade encompassed over 90 bedrooms, the reception area, dining space, and two bars, showcasing our commitment to delivering high-quality work. Our Tech Team supplied, installed, and commissioned multiple Mitsubishi Electric HVRF systems to serve 96 bedrooms, the ground floor reception, restaurant, bar, and basement nightclub.
The Mitsubishi Electric HVRF System, offers the most advanced and controllable air conditioning solution available. The design of these systems prioritizes guest comfort by minimizing noise, with the HVRF indoor units being among the quietest on the market. The City Multi HVRF outdoor units deliver optimum comfort and efficiency using an innovative combination of unique 2-pipe refrigeration and water.
Many buildings require a mix of simultaneous heating and cooling. The outstanding City Multi R2 HVRF system meets this requirement by redistributing surplus heat from cooling operations to rooms where it is needed, and vice versa. This efficiency can result in energy savings of up to 30% over conventional systems. Additionally, the system uses eco-friendly R32 refrigerant, which has a lower global warming potential (GWP).
Our team collaborated seamlessly with all trades involved, ensuring minimal disruption for the client and achieving another first-class installation. We are proud of their hard work and dedication, which now provides the Temple Bar Hotel with the latest in air conditioning technology, offering guests an unparalleled level of comfort.
